Moments are memorable chunks of college life, especially if you are a part of the team. But being a member of such team is not an easy task as you face many criticisms while working. There are some qualities that are to be acquired by any one to be good enough team player.

Management of team, time and crowd

As a team player, you will come across various people with different mindsets, we need to deal with them all and divide the work among yourself and if you happen to be team leader, you also need to know many more things, You also need to complete the target on time. Managing the crowd is a task that gets on anybody's nerves  and an amazing player excels it.

Communication
This is the most important one. Being a team member one need to communicate their ideas with whole team with respect, irrespective of age. Person becomes acceptable to criticism and open to any though.

One has to do a lot of brain storming and come up with creative ideas to taste the fruit of success and without passion for work to be done, nobody can come over the bumps.

Risk Taker

One have sometimes crack the whip to get the work done. Resolve problems and issues quickly. And ready to stand calm at zero hour when something doesn’t go the way. The team should look to you for everything, the last thing they need is a shaky leader that makes rash decisions because they crack under pressure.

Its the essential aspect that is to be acquired by anyone in today's generation. One gain in public speaking qualities and fear for none while putting forth the thoughts. Collaboration with any character on this planet.
